The Lord hears when we pray and provides 1) Relief, 2) Relationship, 3) Righteousness, and 4) Refuge. Each Christian should learn to trust in the Lord and turn to him to prayer in all circumstances of life. The aim of this lesson is to help each Christian recognize the power of prayer through the Psalms.
In this lesson we will seek to understand how to pray we must consider the Character, Circumstance, Content, and Consequences of prayer. The listener should be able to learn how to pray effectively. The aim of this sermon is to teach the basic concept of prayer and to help those who are learning.
This is a common expression that is used in prayer. The word “molestation” here means not to be bothered by those who would interrupt the worship services. The idea is that we desire to have a peaceful experience when we are worshipping.
God the Father continues to give His Holy Spirit to those who ask. The question is, how do we ask? Do we ask with an obedient faith? Or do we ask out of a sense of selfish desire? If it is the former, then God certainly gives the Holy Spirit to those who believe and obey. If the latter, then God is not going to indulge a person’s fleshly desires.
We enter God's gates with thanksgiving because 1) thanksgiving is the only appropriate response for what God has done for us, 2) thanksgiving brings about a change of attitude in our lives, 3) thanksgiving spurs us into action for the welfare and benefit of others. The hearer should be able to state why he ought to have a heart of thanksgiving and how that relates to Christian living.
In this lesson, we will study about the danger of presumption in salvation, worship, and living. Each hearer should recognize that the sin of presumption is dangerous to our doing things as God desires us to do them.
In this lesson, we will examine ways in which Christ substituted his body for ours. Each should be able to explain how he has a responsibility to the death of Christ. To help each Christian recognize the importance of giving ourselves over to Christ.

Remember that the Mosaic Law was a legal system used by the Jews of Jesus’ day to settle legal matters of state. Jesus was saying that for one to worship God appropriately, he needs to resolve such legal conflicts first. This is necessary prior to making offerings of peace toward God. One cannot be at odds with his brother and at peace with God.
Jesus condemned errors of related to 1) Truth, 2) Attitudes, and 3) Morality. Each listener should understand that Jesus loved people enough to confront them about whatever their problems might be so that they would change. We must be bold enough to confront people about their problems.
In this lesson we will answer the question, “What is Evangelism” in a fourfold way. Evangelism is 1) Prayer, 2) Opportunities, 3) Work, 4) Teaching. I want each hearer to understand what all is involved in evangelism. The aim of this sermon is to educate and encourage each Christian to be evangelistic.
In the conversion of Saul we see 1) Confrontation, 2) Contrition, 3) Concern, and 4) Conversion. The objective of this study is to understand the conversion of Saul so that we may explain it to others. Saul's conversion serves as a model for everyone's conversion.
To have the right attitude in prayer we must ask in 1) Faith, 2) Thanksgiving, 3) Constancy. Each person should understand these prerequisites to prayer and why they are prerequisites. The aim of this lesson is to stir up remembrance, exhort, and encourage all to pray more fervently, more thankfully, and constantly.

In this lesson, we will discuss the conversion of the three thousand in Acts chapter 2 and the essential ingredients to effective evangelism. This includes 1) The Presence of the Holy Spirit, 2) People of the Dispersion, 3) Prophets of the Old Testament, 4) Preachers of the Gospel, 5) Penitent of Heart, 6) Persistent in Faithfulness. The hearer should be familiar with the events in Acts 2 and the principles of evangelism as related to this conversion account. The aim of this lesson is to help the hearer understand more about the principles of evangelism taught in Acts 2.
When we have a right attitude toward God, we will 1) Fear God, 2) Worship God, 3) Love God. The hearer should have a fundamental idea of what it means to be godly: have a right attitude toward God.
As Christians, we can celebrate our independence by 1) Praying, 2) Obeying, and 3) Honoring our government. Each Christian should understand that he can be a good citizen under any government by doing the above activities.
