2018 Spring Gospel Meeting – The Cross of Christ with Mike Bonner

Brother Mike Bonner held our spring gospel meeting March 25-28th, 2018. The theme of this meeting was The Cross of Christ. This was a great topic and one with which everyone identified.  The topics for this meeting were: Knowing the Cross of Christ, Remembering the Cross of Christ, Preaching the Cross of Christ, Lifting the Cross of Christ, Living the Cross of Christ, and Responding to the Cross of Christ. About the Speaker

Mike Bonner is married to the former Evelyn D. Redic. He has five children, Nathanial, Briana, Miya, Michaela and Michael II.

He has been proclaiming the Gospel since 1997 and is a 2006 graduate of the Southwest School of Bible Studies in Austin Texas.

Prior to attending preacher training school, he served the Dellcrest Church of Christ as an associate minister for 4 years. In 2005 he served as co-minister to the Ft. Sam Houston Church of Christ in San Antonio Texas for 3 years. He served the N. 5th and Grape church of Christ in Abilene, Texas for 8 years. He is now serving the 9th & Main church of Christ in San Angelo, Texas.

He has been involved in preaching engagements, gospel meetings, and lectureships in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Texas. He also has preached in New Amsterdam, South America.

He has been involved with The Gospel Radio Network (tgrn.org) and Walking with Jesus Internet radio programs since 2015, works with Ripple of Light broadcasting (rippleoflight.org), and speaks on the program Reflections Radio with Rick Popejoy on TGRN. He is a writer, author, and board member of the YMCA of San Angelo.
