The father who fears the Lord (Psalms 127-128) 1) Centers His Home on God, 2) Sees Children as a Reward, 3) Walks in God's Ways, 4) Loves His Wife. Each will be blessed.
God's word reveals wondrous things (Psalm 119:17-24) about 1) God, 2) Self, 3) Sinners. Each person should be able to tell what wondrous things this passage reveals.
"Blessed are the merciful" (Matthew 5:1-12): 1) What Mercy Means, 2) Who Is Merciful, 3) Why It Is a Blessing. Each person should know what mercy is and practice it.
Does God answer the prayer of a non-Christian? God does not hear sinners (Psalm 66:18). Spiritual blessings like forgiveness are reserved for those in Christ.
We will rejoice in eternity (1 Peter 4:13) 1) To Be with God, 2) To Be with Christ, 3) Because This Is Our Great Hope. Each person should be able to state why.
The word of God cleanses our 1) Path, 2) Praise, 3) Purpose (Psalm 119:9-16). Each person should become more familiar with Psalm 119 and its lessons.
The text of Jesus' parable of the workers in the vineyard, where the landowner pays those hired last the same wage as the first. So the last will be first.
Doing right may not feel right at first, but restrained behavior can lead to virtuous behavior (2 Peter 1:3-11). Put away pride and you will feel right about doing right.
