Should We Assemble on the Sabbath to Worship?
Should we assemble on the Sabbath to worship? Some religious folks do, but the Bible never commands Christians to do this.
In this lesson, we will answer the question, What is the Church? We must understand God’s original design in the creation. When we understand this, we will understand what the church is in relationship to God’s great plan to restore unity between God and man, and between man and man. Each member should understand God’s desire for unity in the church as the restoration of His purposes in creation.
In Revelation 21, we see how the righteous live forever in the city of New Jerusalem. We see 1) The Coming of the City, 2) The Composition of the City, 3) The Consecration of the City. I will approach this as a Bible question: What does the Bible say about the rightful owner of the state of Israel? Many in the religious world today declare that God unconditionally gave the land of Canaan to the children of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel in perpetuity. They argue that God promised it to their descendants forever.
David was expressing the depth of his guilt by figuratively extending it to his mother’s conception and birth of him. This is not an objective statement about David’s birth; it is a subjective statement about how David felt about his birth after He sinned.
Faithful fathers build families and churches by being 1) Faithful to the Lord, 2) Faithful to their Wives, 3) Faithful to their Children. Each hearer will know how faithful fathers build faithful families and churches.
When children have no father, they will lack some understanding regarding righteousness and justice. We need faithful fathers!
In this lesson, we will set forth three lessons from Matthew’s account of the birth of Christ: 1) God keeps his promises, 2) Obedience leads to salvation, 3) Jesus is the Messiah. Each hearer should understand these lessons from Christ’s birth. God’s will cannot be thwarted when men do their part in the process of salvation.
For us to love our God-given responsibilities we must 1) Accept how God has made us as men and women, 2) Receive God’s plan for the family, 3) Embrace the responsibilities God has given to us. Each hearer should understand that the responsibilities God has given for the family are not subject to the desires of humanity. When we love our God-given responsibilities, we encourage our families to faithfulness.

In this lesson, we will study why Jesus died on the cross. To understand that Jesus brings unity to mankind in the church, we must understand God’s original design in the creation. Each member should understand that Jesus died on the cross to bring unity in the church as the restoration of His purposes in creation.
