The LORD is Righteous 1) in His Commandments, 2) in Conduct, 3) Continually. Each hearer will understand that the word of God is righteous because God is righteous.
In this lesson we want to discuss the danger of ignorance. We will answer the questions: 1) What is Ignorance and its Causes, 2) What are the Consequences of Ignorance, and 3) How can we Change. The hearer should learn that spiritual ignorance is costly and seek to avoid it. This lesson will inform concerning dangers to our spirituality and life.
It matters what we believe because 1) Beliefs Produce Actions, 2) Actions Result in Consequences, 3) Happiness Results. Each should be concerned with believing the right things and understanding how not believing the right things is detrimental to our spiritual welfare.
In this lesson, we will study of the blood of Christ and that it speaks about 1) The Church, 2) Salvation, and 3) Responsibility. Each hearer should understand the significance of the blood of Christ. I hope to help people think more about the blood of Christ during the Lord’s Supper.
To be a child of God is to have the blessing of: 1) Forgiveness, 2) Family 3) A Father 4) Felicity. Each should be encouraged in knowing that they are children of God. I hope to use fatherhood as an illustration of what it means to be a child of God.
In this lesson, we will discuss the danger of apathy and how to address it. The hearer should understand the causes of apathy and what he can do about it. I want to address how apathy hinders the church.
People have long sought to justify their desires to pursue a life of pleasure and invented many rationalizations along the way. One of these rationalizations is the doctrine of salvation by faith only. It is one of the greatest lies repeated today.
It is time to look forward and go forward! This new year has some great opportunities in store for us to work and serve.
In this lesson, we will look to the example of good king Hezekiah on how to clean up for our New Year. At the beginning of this new year we must 1) Clean Up Our Temple, 2) Clean Up Our Worship, 3) Clean Up Our Participation, 4) Clean Up Our Giving. Each hearer should resolve to make a new start in the new year so as to be dedicated to serving the Lord.
Do we obey perfectly? No, but Jesus forgives those who are trying to be faithful to Him, and He knows who is and who isn’t (2 Timothy 2:19). I am so thankful for Jesus.
