We want to study that worship matters when we have the correct object, the correct attitudes, and the correct actions. Everyone should be able to explain that worship matters when we worship as God desires. To impress upon each hearer the necessity of letting God define our worship.
In this lesson, we will discuss the parable of the tares. Each hearer will be able to explain the meaning of the parable and what questions it answers.
In this lesson about Bible Commandments, we will look at the commandment, “Worship God!” To worship God we must 1) Understand Worship, 2) Acknowledge God as the Object of Worship 3) Put Away Idols that Compete with Worshipping God. Each hearer should know what the command “Worship God” means.
As we think about escaping from the fiery furnace, 1) we face the threat of the fiery furnace, 2) we may be thrown into the fiery furnace, 3) that we may thwart the fiery furnace. Each hearer should understand how we have fiery furnaces to challenge our faith.
In this lesson we want to focus upon some uses of the Old Covenant, namely: 1) It is for our learning, 2) It provides wisdom, 3) It warns us regarding sin, 4) It helps us understand the New Covenant. Each person should understand why we study the Old Covenant. The aim is to help all understand that as Christians, we must study the Old Covenant.

In this lesson, we will look at two kinds of hearts, 1) The hard heart, and 2) The Soft heart. Each should understand the two hearts, their relationship to God and his word, and which kind everyone should desire to have. To encourage everyone to have the kind of heart that God wants us to have.
For God to be sovereign means that 1) He is Absolute, 2) He is the Authority, and 3) He is in Ultimate Control. The casual nature of our culture does not alter God’s sovereignty. I wish to impress upon everyone that we must do things simply because God said to do them, and that no further explanation is required.
Satan is waging a war with God’s people with two primary weapons: 1) Humanly Devised Power, and 2) Humanly Devised Religion. The hearer should understand that Revelation 13 describes the war that Satan wages against God’s people. I hope that we will learn to recognize the true nature of the war and oppose the enemy.
To be a child of God is to have the blessing of: 1) Forgiveness, 2) Family 3) A Father 4) Felicity. Each should be encouraged in knowing that they are children of God. I hope to use fatherhood as an illustration of what it means to be a child of God.
A miracle is an obvious work of God that is outside the normal laws of nature. God is able to do miracles because He is powerful. One of God’s names in the Bible is El Shaddai which means God Almighty.
Jesus died on the cross to fulfill the scriptures related to his 1) Death, 2) Burial, 3) Resurrection. The listener should know that Jesus’ death on the cross was in fulfillment of prophecy that proves he is the Messiah.
Christians are followers of the Anointed One, Jesus, and the word “Christ” is a title, not Jesus’ last name. What an honor it is, then, to share the title “Christ” with Jesus as “Christians.” This was Peter’s point.
God has made extraordinary efforts to encourage humanity to repent. In this lesson, we will look at how Revelation 8-9 teach this truth through the limited judgments that God has used on the earth. The hearer should understand that the world is designed in such a way as to bring suffering humanity to repentance for their sins, and that when we don’t repent, we create great suffering in our lives. I want to teach Revelation 8-9 and show the relationship of these verses to the Old Testament prophets and their call for people to repent.
In this lesson we will examine how we got the Bible. We will briefly look at the canonization, the transmission, and the translation of the text. The student should be able to briefly discuss the concepts of canonization, transmission and translation. The aim of this lesson is to help all understand that the Bible has been accurately preserved throughout the ages for our benefit and that we have what they had.
