Jesus and the Resurrection show that 1) He is my God. 2) He is my Savior. 3) He is my All! Each person should be able to state why Jesus and the Resurrection is relevant. The aim of this lesson is to teach the deity of Jesus and emphasize his sovereignty over our lives.
In this lesson we will study the question, “What must I do to be saved?” In the scriptures this question was asked three times and we will study each of these circumstances and the answer to the question in each of these circumstances understanding this: that if the same question is asked today, it should be answered in the same way. The hearer should be able to know where these passage are and be able to use them to answer the same question for those who ask in the world today. The aim of this lesson is to empower each individual Christian to be able to answer this most critical question.

The Bible doesn’t explicitly discuss the concept of self-defense at length, but from what we know, a person is allowed to defend himself if his life were in jeopardy but for no other reason.
In this lesson, we will study Revelation 20 and note the death of the Dragon: 1) The Dragon is Bound, 2) Christ and the Saints Reign for 1000 Years, 3) The Dragon is Destroyed, 4) His Servants are Judged. The objective for this lesson is to study Revelation 20 and learn its message.
God the Father continues to give His Holy Spirit to those who ask. The question is, how do we ask? Do we ask with an obedient faith? Or do we ask out of a sense of selfish desire? If it is the former, then God certainly gives the Holy Spirit to those who believe and obey. If the latter, then God is not going to indulge a person’s fleshly desires.
In Psalm 2 we see the eternal reign of the Messiah: 1) The Enemies of the Messiah 2) The Establishment of the Messiah, 3) The Edict of the Messiah, 4) The Ends of the Messiah. The hearer will understand that Psalm 2 prophecies about the eternal reign of the Messiah. Opposition to God’s plans will not succeed but only result in failure and wrath from God.
We affirm the sanctity of life because 1) It has worth, dignity, and value—it is holy, 2) it is worth living, 3) it is worth protecting. In this lesson, I hope to counter the message of our contemporary culture that life is cheap, meaningless, and worthless for those who have no utility and affirm the sanctity of life.
In this lesson, we will seek to answer the question, “What is the Bible.” 1) It means “book.” 2) It is a book of books. 3) It is the word of God. 4) It is the story of God’s work to save man through His Son Jesus Christ. This lesson is designed to help everyone understand what the Bible is. The aim of this lesson is to answer the question “What is the Bible?”
Being In the Resurrection means 1) We have a resurrected life, 2) We will have a resurrected body, 3) We will live forever in heaven. The hearer should be able to understand the importance of the resurrected life as it relates to eternal resurrection and life in heaven with God and Christ.
To be honest with our families we must understand why we don’t tell the truth: 1) Fear of Discovery, 2) Fear of Punishment, 3) Fear of Retaliation, 4) Fear of Rejection, 5) Fear of Change. We want all of our families to be open and honest with each other permitting Christ to govern our family life.
In this lesson, we will look at the song “Ivory Palaces” and the Psalm from which it comes as we consider its lyrics. Jesus came out of the Ivory Palaces to 1) Bring us joy by his presence, 2) Die on the cross for our sins, and 3) Receive us to His ivory palaces one day. May we better understand the hymn “Ivory Palaces” when we sing it.
The Bible teaches us some specific things NOT to envy. In this lesson we will note that we ought not to envy 1) the man of violence, 2) the arrogant, 3) the unrighteous and sinner. I want the hearer to be able to know that God has specifically forbidden envy of certain things. We are to avoid envy and especially envy of these specific things.
The sunshine in my soul is 1) The Light of Jesus, 2) The Song of Jesus, 3) The Joy of Jesus. Each hearer should reflect on the song and its lyrics as we seek to sing with the spirit and understanding.
Crossing the Jordan river with the Ark of the Covenant teaches 1) Man’s Faith, 2) God’s Presence, 3) Man’s Patience, 4) God’s Faithfulness. To understand God’s instrument for bringing His people into the promised land and how it applies to us today. We must put our faith and trust in God if we hope to get to the promised land of heaven.
Let us not be ashamed 1) To suffer as a Christian, 2) To teach and preach the gospel, 3) To own Jesus as our Lord. Each Christian ought to be more emboldened to act according to God's will, take the gospel message to others, and follow the example of Christ in their life. This lesson is designed to encourage the membership to be zealous in their Christianity.
