Each hearer should be impressed with the absolute necessity of obeying the Lord. I hope to communicate with each person what obedience means.

Each Christian ought to be more emboldened to act according to God's will, take the gospel message to others, and follow the example of Christ in their life. This lesson is designed to encourage the membership to be zealous in their Christianity.

    In this lesson, we will look at the song, “I Need Thee Every Hour” and study how we need God 1) for peace, 2) for help with temptation, 3) in the good times and the bad. We will conclude that we need to identify with Jesus in the invitation. Each listener should understand that God/Jesus is the only one that we truly need.

    In this lesson, we will study Revelation chapter fourteen and look at the destiny of saint and sinner. Saints have their destiny with Jesus Christ. Sinners have their destiny with the wrath of God. Each hearer will be motivated to side with Jesus so that he will not suffer the wrath of God.

    It matters what we believe because 1) Beliefs Produce Actions, 2) Actions Result in Consequences, 3) Happiness Results. Each should be concerned with believing the right things and understanding how not believing the right things is detrimental to our spiritual welfare.

    Jesus bids us 1) Come to Him, 2) Be Clean from Sin, 3) Confide in Him, 4) Cling to Him. In this lesson, we will think about the words to the song “Just As I Am.” We will think about how Jesus desires us to be saved and our response to His invitation. I hope to encourage each person to think seriously about Jesus’ invitation to salvation and respond.

    In this lesson, we will study Psalm 119:121-128 and look at God’s guarantee for his servants. God is a guarantee for his servants when we 1) Oppose Pride, 2) Seek Salvation, 3) Pray for God to Act, 4) Love God’s Commandments. The hearer should learn that our participation is required to have God as our guarantee.

    In this lesson, we will look at the fact that God speaks to our friends and some things that God has to say to our friends. Each should be able to tell their friends some basic things God has said to them. I want to help make our members more confident about evangelizing their friends.

This teaching is summarized in the list of seven “ones” in Ephesians 4:4-6. Each person should understand that for us to have unity as Christians we must adhere to the same standards of Christian teaching.

    In this lesson, we will look at what it means to be a friend of God. One is God's friend when he 1) Loves God with all his heart, soul, and mind, 2) Does what God wants him to do simply because God has asked us to do it, 3) Tells others about what a great friend God is. Each hearer should be able to understand what it takes to be a friend of God. I want everyone to be motivated to make God their friend.
