We note that God’s Judgment of Wrath Is: 1) Not for the Victorious, 2) Holy, 3) Executed Perfectly, 4) Complete and Affects the Whole Creation, 5) Blasphemed by the Impenitent, 6) Unexpected, 7) Without Refuge. This passage indicates that we should care for others by providing for their 1) Nourishment, 2) Shelter, 3) Clothing, 4) Comfort, and 5) Companionship. We must understand what it means to care about other people. Jesus said that this was key to eternal life.

    In this lesson, we will study Revelation chapter fourteen and look at the destiny of saint and sinner. Saints have their destiny with Jesus Christ. Sinners have their destiny with the wrath of God. Each hearer will be motivated to side with Jesus so that he will not suffer the wrath of God.

  • Loving our God-Given Family Responsibilities

    For us to love our God-given responsibilities we must 1) Accept how God has made us as men and women, 2) Receive God’s plan for the family, 3) Embrace the responsibilities God has given to us. Each hearer should understand that the responsibilities God has given for the family are not subject to the desires of humanity. When we love our God-given responsibilities, we encourage our families to faithfulness.

    In this lesson, we will look at two kinds of hearts, 1) The hard heart, and 2) The Soft heart. Each should understand the two hearts, their relationship to God and his word, and which kind everyone should desire to have. To encourage everyone to have the kind of heart that God wants us to have.

    To be a spiritual leader one must adopt 1) Jesus’ Model of Leadership, 2) Jesus’ Method of Leadership, and 3) Jesus’ Mission of Leadership. Each hearer should know what it means to be a spiritual leader in his/her family. Spiritual leadership means humbling ourselves before God to serve one another in our families.

    For God to be sovereign means that 1) He is Absolute, 2) He is the Authority, and 3) He is in Ultimate Control. The casual nature of our culture does not alter God’s sovereignty. I wish to impress upon everyone that we must do things simply because God said to do them, and that no further explanation is required.

    “Can He Depend on You?”

    Can Jesus depend upon us as his servants? Can he depend upon us to 1) Help the needy? 2) Live for Him? 3) Teach the Gospel? Each should know their responsibilities as Christians to help the poor, live in a Christian way, and teach others the gospel. In this lesson, I hope that each would understand that while God does not depend upon us in an existential sense, he does depend upon us, by his choice, to do what he commands us to do.

    In this lesson, we will study of the blood of Christ and that it speaks about 1) The Church, 2) Salvation, and 3) Responsibility. Each hearer should understand the significance of the blood of Christ. I hope to help people think more about the blood of Christ during the Lord’s Supper.
